This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) define the handling of user information and the terms of use for the Android application “What’s this called? - Kids App” (hereinafter referred to as the “App”) provided by the developer (hereinafter referred to as the “Developer”).
本規約は、制作者（以下「当方」）が提供するAndroidアプリ「What’s this called? - Kids App」（以下「本アプリ」）における、ユーザー情報の取り扱いおよび利用条件を定めるものです。
Article 1: Intellectual Property Rights / 第1条（著作権および知的財産権）
- Ownership: All copyrights and other intellectual property rights for the images, text, and programs contained in the App belong to the Developer or the respective third-party rights holders. / 権利の帰属: 本アプリに含まれる画像、文章、プログラム等の著作権および知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利を持つ第三者に帰属します。
- Prohibitions: Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, secondary use, or reverse engineering of the content in the App is strictly prohibited. / 禁止事項: 本アプリ内のコンテンツについて、無断での転載、再配布、二次利用、解析（リバースエンジニアリング等）を固く禁止します。
Article 2: Handling of User Information / 第2条（個人情報の取り扱いとデータ収集）
- No Personal Data Collection: The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (e.g., name, address, contact information, location, or device identifiers). / データの非収集: 本アプリは、ユーザーの氏名、住所、連絡先、位置情報、デバイス識別子などの個人を特定できる情報を取得・保持・送信することはありません。
- No Advertisements: The App does not contain any third-party advertisements or advertising SDKs. / 広告配信: 本アプリには第三者による広告配信および広告用SDKは含まれておりません。
- Parental Gate: The App may request the user’s birth year solely to verify that an adult is performing certain operations (Parental Gate). This information is used only for temporary on-device verification and is never stored or transmitted externally. / 誕生年の入力: メニューへのアクセス時に、大人の操作を確認するための「誕生年」の入力（ペアレンタルゲート）を求める場合がありますが、これは確認のための一時的なものであり、入力された数値の保存および外部への送信は一切行いません。
Article 3: In-App Purchases and Data Collection / 第3条（アプリ内課金とデータの収集）
Billing: The App offers in-app purchases to unlock themes and additional features. / 課金内容: 本アプリでは、テーマや追加機能の開放のためにアプリ内課金を提供しています。
Payment Processing: All payment transactions are handled via the Google Play billing system. The Developer does not directly collect or store sensitive payment information, such as credit card details. / 決済処理: 決済処理はGoogle Playの決済システムを通じて行われ、当方がユーザーのクレジットカード情報等の支払い情報を直接取得・保持することはありません。
Data Collection: For the purposes of purchase processing, account management, and fraud prevention, the App utilizes Google’s system to collect and transmit certain user information, including “Purchase History” and “User Identifiers.” / データの収集: 決済処理、アカウント管理、および不正防止を目的として、本アプリはGoogleのシステムを介し、「購入履歴」および「ユーザー識別子」などの情報を収集・送信します。
Data Security: All data transmitted for in-app purchases is encrypted in transit using secure protocols. / 安全管理: アプリ内課金のために送信されるデータは、安全なプロトコルを用いて転送中に暗号化されます。
Article 4: Disclaimers / 第4条（免責事項）
- No Liability: The Developer shall not be held liable for any damages, troubles, or disadvantages (direct or indirect) arising from the use of the App. / 責任の制限: 本アプリの利用により生じた損害（直接・間接を問わず）、トラブル、不利益について、当方は一切の責任を負いません。
- No Warranty: While the Developer strives for accuracy (including translations for approximately 20 languages) and stability, the App is provided “as is” without any warranties. / 保証の否認: 本アプリの内容（約20言語の翻訳精度を含む）や動作の安定性について、最大限努めますがいかなる保証も行わないものとします。
- Changes to Service: The App may change its specifications, suspend services, or be updated without prior notice. / サービスの変更: 本アプリは予告なく仕様変更、提供の中止、またはアップデートを行う場合があります。
Article 5: Updates to this Agreement / 第5条（規約の改定と同意）
The Developer may update this Agreement at any time due to changes in laws or services. The updated Agreement becomes effective upon posting on this page. By continuing to use the App, users agree to the updated terms. / 当方は、法令の改正やサービス内容の変更に伴い、本規約を随時改定できるものとします。改定後の規約は本ページに掲載された時点から効力を生じ、継続して本アプリを利用するユーザーは改定後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
